When you use all your monthly hours, you'll see a message letting you know. You can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your hours to reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused hours roll over?
No — hours reset at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps the pricing simple and fair for everyone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.
What's included in all paid plans?
All paid plans include all 4 tools (subtitle generator, audio to text, video to text, subtitle translator), no ads, 60 minute max video length, and 99 language support.
Is my video data private?
Yes. Your video never leaves your device. Only the audio is sent to our transcription servers, processed immediately, and discarded. We never store your content.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and local payment methods depending on your country. All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments.
